Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, but if you are not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different style, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then securely pack your items in the original mailer or a small envelope.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
