Are Pura Vida bracelets waterproof?
Yes! Our signature wax-coated bracelets are 100% waterproof. You can go swimming, snowboarding, or take a shower with them on without worrying about fading or damage.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that final sale items and Charity Collection pieces are non-returnable.
Can I track my package?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
